I like this because it's different than the monkey and dog ones they carry at the story. My daughter, who tends to run into the street, willingly wears this because she loves horses. The horse is quite cute.

I bought this as a present so I cant testify to its use, but it does look cute and well finished. Harness straps are rather thin, but all in all it does look like a fun backpack rather than a dog's leash and the girl who got it loved it.

This harness works well. It's not too large when using as a back bag but it does sufficiently restrain a small child (mine is under 40 pounds), and the horse is CUTE.

That being said, the only "flaw" I can find are the buckles are in the front and my child can easily remove them. Luckily this doesn't happen often but it's super easy for her to do.

Overall, I would buy this again.

1.5 year old daughter loves horses therefore buying this was a no brainer. she likes to wear it too, thinks she is pretty hot stuff. like to take this when in a crowd. make me and her feel safer.
