This pillow was recomended to me by a friend who has a preemie, my son is one as well. He has acid reflux bad so he has to sleep on an incline at all times. Well the Boppy pillow wasnt cutting it anymore, he learned to slide himself off so when I woke up his head was wedged in between the corners of the Boppy Pillow. When I recieved the cuddle u cushion in the mail on the outside of the package said helps reduce reflux, so far so good. It helps him sleep more comfortable at night due to the way this pillow is made. I could have not asked for anything better and I wished I had it when he was first born (now 15 weeks. This is a must have pillow for every infant.

I own a day care center and presently use this pillow for a 3 month old baby who suffers from reflux. It has significantly helped with reducing reflux symptoms. I also like the straps that comfortably wraps around my little angel!
