great stoller..questionable customer service - Ben's mom, May 08, 2008

After reading several reviews, most of which were not so favorable, I still purchased the ARIA OH. I love it..It is VERY easy to use, light, and I can open it and close it with my 6month old in my arms. We use it for erands, the mall and a 2 mile a day walk. My only complaint is the cupholder, which I lost in the first month due to the flimsy attachment bolts..and called the company..they stated that I could purchase another for 20 plus 10 s&H..no thanks..so I am without a cupholder..also some of the trim pieces have fallen off exposing screws, but no one notices but me..I love that it is so lightweight, and had the full push bar, not just handles..It makes it VERY easy to push one handed. I also have a McLAren Quest, that was given to me , which I also love, but it is impossible to push one handed..if only there were a perfect stoller that suited everyone and everones unique needs:)

My least favorite stroller. - Lisa Longoria, Mar 05, 2008

I bought this stroller after wearing out our first Eddie Bauer stroller, which we loved. So perhaps we were spoiled. Overall, it is a fair stroller in my opinion. My husband hates it and prefers to pull out our old one.

Objections: I found this stroller didn't manuever as well as other strollers. On uneven sidewalks, this stroller can come to a jolting standstill at larger cracks; it was especially bad on the snowy, icy sidwalks. I had to pick it up and lift it over snow because I couldn't push it over. I have a hard time opening this stroller and usually let my husband do it. He seems to have learned the knack; I always struggle with it. The cup holders are poorly designed. The front one is not crafted as one piece with the snack tray; it slips easily out of the tray. Ours is always falling out and we have lost it a couple of times. The rear cup holder isn't much better. The bolt that connects it somehow came loose and was lost the first month we owned this stroller.

On the positive side, the storage bin is large and easy to access. It opens easily. It is not overly heavy. The canopy is large and has a clear plastic window so a parent can view their child while pushing the stroller. It also locks into place so a child cannot push it back.

Buy a different stroller - Looking for a new stroller, Feb 23, 2008

I was looking for a lightweight stroller and this one seemed to fit my needs, but the cons far outweigh the pros. These are the cons in my experience.

-It is difficult to fold
-The sun shade is not big enough to shade the baby from sun.
-The storage area below is small
-The whole stroller feels cheaply made

I expected more from Peg Perego and this stroller was a huge disappointment to me. The only thing I can say that is good is that it is lightweight.

Very disappointing - J. Moulder, Oct 20, 2007

I LOVED this stroller when we first bought it. My daughter seemed comfortable, it was very lightweight and compact and a super smooth ride. The only complaints I had were that the parent cupholder was a bit flimsy and it was kinda difficult to fold and unfold while holding the baby; however, I was able to overlook these things. It has now been about a year since we've purchased our Aria and I must say that I feel as though we were duped! You'd think that a $200 price tag would guarantee a fantastic stroller for life! I don't know what happened, but within the last couple of months, the alignment on the stroller has become screwed up. Forget about one-handed steering. Even if I am strolling along a completely flat, straight surface, the stroller still somehow veers to the left unless I have both hands on the handlebars. I was walking my daughter home from preschool the other day and answered my cell phone with my right hand and tried to steer the stroller with my left hand. I lost control of the stroller and pushed my daughter straight into a shrub! Definitely not the stroller for a multi-tasking parent. It is truly very labor-intensive to walk my daughter home from school, because the stroller has become so difficult to steer! I regret spending so much money on this stroller and plan to replace it with a new brand/model this week.

GREAT STROLLER FOR THE CAR AND ERRANDS - Softwareguru, Mar 27, 2007

The Aria stroller is fabulous. It's light weight, easy to close and put into our SUV. It's ideal for shopping and errands. It would not be a good choice for long exercise-type walks. We like ours SO MUCH that we're planning to purchase the 2007 model, as it has a larger canopy. When you're out running errands with a baby or a toddler, the last thing you need is a heavy, bulky stroller to lift in and out of your car. This ARIA is GREAT. You can have it in and out of your car in seconds. My son is comfortable in it as well. GREAT BUY!!!
