awesome!!! - A. Keinan, Sep 08, 2009

I loved this product!! It worked pretty damn awesomely, except that I had a few underwater pictures that were distorted by the plastic at times. Overall, it worked just as it should, i got a lot of great images, and most importantly, my camera didn't get wet!! I would have liked to feel more secure about it, but maybe that's all in my head. All in all, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this!

worked great - bairwoman, Jul 27, 2009

Just got back from the Virgin Islands and used the pouch to take underwater pictures. The pouch kept the cameras perfectly dry. It was easy to use and a good size for both our small video camera and digital camera. We had to mess with it a bit to get used to turning the camera on, but once we figured it out it was fine. The pictures turned out ok. I would recommend this as an inexpensive way to take underwater pictures as well as to keep any items dry when on a boat or on the beach.

Didn't do the job - RD, Jul 03, 2009

I'd like to think I'm pretty competent at doing things. I thought I rolled it up as it should have been. It leaked. It may have been my error, but the point was, it leaked.

I should note I took this underwater while free diving a couple of feet, so I didn't just wade in a pool with it. Maybe that had something to do with it. But the description claims it can handle minimal depth, and I found that it did not. Good thing I tested it out first with nothing important in it. I returned it.

Waterproof Pouch - Sandra Key, Jun 13, 2009

These pouches were purchased to protect both identification and cameras while swimming, snorkeling, etc. on our Caribbean cruise. They worked great - except one of our cameras wouldn't fit as we expected. With the dimensions provided in the product description, we thought there would be no problem since our camera fit the two dimensions provided. However, the pouch wouldn't open wide enough for our Sony since it isn't one of the small ones. So we had to return one of the pouches purchased.
However, the pictures taken with our smaller camera were good through the pouch window.

can't use it for snorkeling - zhaozhao, Jun 10, 2009

I bought this for my snorkeling but don't think it works. It's hard to press the buttons when in the water. Has to be pressed directly to the plastic to take good shot, otherwise, photos are all skewed. Waterproof works great so would recommend to buy this just to hang out around beach.
