A computer mouse is used to control the pointer on a computer screen. It consists of one or more buttons, which are clicked over an object to select it or enter a command. Its body is usually curved to fit the shape of the hand and prevent strain from prolonged use. Some mice also have scroll wheels for scrolling up and down a page. It connects to the computer using a cable or a wireless connection.
