Super saver shipping a real plus, good ergonomics, comes with a pc2 adapter for older computers, cable is fairly long about 5ft.

I just purchased this keyboard. And apparently it doesnt work on my dell. I do have vista so that may be the problem. SO if you have vista on your dell, then do not get this.

This keyboard looks great and just "feels right". I should note that I'm one of those "older" computer users (49 years old) who grew up with electric typewriters and then the early PCs. So maybe that influences what seems "right" to me. But I would think that even younger users will love the feel of this keyboard.

I tried to go a cheaper route with one of those "superman" keyboards at about half this price, but I found it essentially unusable due to my style of typing. I can type fairly quickly, and this keyboard doesn't slow me down or cause unexpected errors. I don't use the "bonus" keys at the top (such as for e-mail and internet surfing), but the basic keyboard here is well worth the price to me. Not that this is particularly expensive, but I see no need to pay a lot more.

Let me also note that the black "wristwrest" part at the lower part of the keyboard is detachable. Leaving you with just a silver keyboard look along the bottom. I find removing the black plastic "wristrest" to make the keyboard more useful and more attractive than in the main picture.

I like the keyboard alot. A raather simple keyboard but has alot of features. Although it is not a keyboard that a child or a teenager will like.

This keyboard works great if all you want to do is type an email.

the letters, numbers, and numpad all work great without using the contained software.

in order to use all of the special features, (digital slide zoom, favorites buttons, media buttons) you have to run a "Microsoft Keyboard" program every time you boot up the computer. you have to double click it and close the program for anything to work. the favorites don't always point to the correct shortcut, the media buttons only work if you have itunes selected, the volume keys are very buggy with anything other than onboard sound, the CALCULATOR button works fine, though. Now, after a windows update, i get a SHELL32.DLL error whenever i try to run the "Microsoft Keyboard" program, so none of the media keys work at all.

i give it a 2 instead of a 1 just because they got the keyboard layout correct.

i am a college student enrolled in the Computer Science program and this is a terrible keyboard for anyone who wants something more than just letters on a keyboard.
