Within two days of the order I received it. It wasn't what I had expect so I contacted the seller. He replied within minutes, heard my complaint and within minutes made good on the error. This type of service does not come around often. I'm very pleased with the product I ended up with and I would do business with this seller any time.

I used this product to replace Nero 6. It does everything I need to do and lacks nothing. I am just a casual user, but I can't see paying the bigger price for the full version when this cheap version works just as good!
