I bought two of these. One had bent pins on the CF card slot, out of the box. I also bought two other Sabrent products, both were bad out of the box. That is 3 out of 4 products bad out of the box. They have poor quality control on this product made in China. It is cheap junk, stay away.

This Product works great at a very valuable price. I read the reviews and i almost did not purchase because they said it creates multiple drives (one for each card slot). Well i have xp and when i plugged it in it started right up and only assigned one letter drive (E:). So I must say this was a great bargain!!!!

Most of the cheap memory card readers still have problems with either USB 2.0, which gives you high speed, or SDHC, which gives you more than 2GB per card. This unit does the latest technology and does it inexpensively, a rare combination that is worth 5-star in my opinion.

This media card reader is great it got delivered faster then what I had expected once I installed it worked turned on my computer and quickly started recognizing the hardware no problems at all even though I have vista premium I thought it woulnt work but it did I alredy tried the sd slot and worked great this is my first time buying a media card reader for my computer and I am satisfied.

I purchased this to use in a newly built computer. Plugged it into the USB header on the motherboard, and Vista it assigned it 4 drive letters with no drivers needed. So far I've only used the SD slot and the USB port, both work fine.
It would be nice if you could disable the slots you don't need, but no multi reader offers this. All in all, a great bargain.
