The top shelf accommodates most 36-inch conventional TVs (up to 240 pounds) and most 50-inch flat-panel TVs (up to 117 pounds). Below, miter-framed doors with beveled tempered-glass centers open to a storage compartment with one adjustable shelf and a back cutout for cords. Six small drawers flank the sides for tidy media storage. Finished in a deep Mocha Cherry veneer with turned round feet and dark brass hardware, this video base is crisp and tailored, making it very welcoming in a living room, den, or bedroom. This is a nice TV stand, it went together pretty easily and looks good when finished. Has plenty of storage for components but drawers are pretty small and hard to open, they may as well be decorative.

Quality & Fit is excellent. Went together as instructed. However the so called dark cherry is mostly partical board wrapped with simulated wood paper. Looks good but is not very durable & water resistant. Very little real wood used. This could be a realy nice peice if all the visable surfaces were real wood.
