Eye Shadow : What is it?
| An eye shadow is a cosmetic product used for coloring the area around the eye above the eyelashes and below the eyebrows. It is used to give depth to the eyes and make them appear larger, smaller, set further apart, or set closely together.
Eye shadow comes in different shades and textures such as basic brown, shimmery shades of coral, copper, gold, and silver, and bold colors such as blue, green, and violet. It can be applied with a brush, a sponge, or the tip of a finger. Application usually starts from the inner corner of the eye upward to the brow bone. |
