Choosing Massage Tables (Buying Tips)

Comfort: Choose an ergonomically designed massage table that can comfortably support your neck, shoulders, arms, and head. It should have a thickly padded surface and an adjustable height and angle.

Table size:
Choose a massage table no wider than 30 inches to accommodate your entire body width, allowing your massage therapist to reach your back and other body parts easily.

Face rests: Choose a massage table with a face rest that sets your face at a comfortable position while lying down on your stomach. A face rest has deep grooves or holes for the eyes, nose, and mouth that prevent your face from being crushed.

Foam thickness: For maximum comfort, choose a massage table with foam padding at least 3 inches thick.
