I have used this product for some time now as a cane and crutches. As a cane, this forearm crutch is more stable then other canes and allow more weight to be taken off the injured leg. There is a need for upper body strength if you want to use them as crutches. The one issue I had with this product was that they slide on most counter tops and don't attach to your arms. I have and do recommend this product.
