This clip mechanism is crafted with pride in the United States, and is guaranteed to function properly for the life of the sunglasses. If the cup mechanism should break or fail to function properly in its intended use, simply return the sunglass clips directly to the manufacturer for a free replacement. The manufacturer does charge a nominal fee for shipping and handling the replacement. This lifetime warranty applies to the clip mechanism and does not cover scratched lenses or other defects caused by abuse or neglect.
