Steam Shower : What is it?
A steam shower is a bathing enclosure made up of up to 20 shower jets that spray water on targeted body areas, providing a massage-like feel. It has a built-in steam generator producing steam that helps soothe and relax tired muscles. It has its own chamber that prevents water vapor from damaging the bathroom’s wallpaper, drywall, or paint. It has tempered glass sliding doors that can slide open from the left or the right. |

Kinds of Steam Showers include the following:
Standard steam shower
A standard steam shower provides basic features such as steam and massage jets. The jets are vertically arranged to target specific body parts such as the back and the legs. It has an enclosed steam generator. It has a shower attachment that provides gentle sprinkles or waterfall-like massages.
Deluxe steam shower
A deluxe steam shower has extra features aside from the basic such as a built-in fog-resistant mirror, mood lighting, telephone, and CD player. Some models also have built-in foot massagers, radios, and chromatherapy fixtures. |

Water thermostat: Choose a steam shower with a water thermostat to keep water temperature constant even if someone flushes the toilet or opens the faucet.
Shower tray: Choose a steam shower with a built-in shower tray that allows you to always keep your shampoo, soap, and other bathing paraphernalia within reach.
Steam generator: Look for a maintenance-free steam shower with a self-emptying, flushing, and water-filling steam generator. If you are into aromatherapy, choose one with a built-in steam generator that allows you to add fragrant oils in it.
