plugged it in, didn't work. After taking out the water tray and manually bending the auto-shutoff sensor arm a little bit I managed to get things going and it seems to be working properly. Still, that's a bad starting point for a product...

Very small and compact, not as powerful as I'd like but gets the job done and doesn't take up very much space. Also very quiet.

We really keep it busy, but it does a good job. We have a small bathroom that was having a problem with condensation on the toilet tank. This item has really helped. Thanks.

I bought this because our upstairs bathroom does not have a vent and tends to get mildew on the ceiling. Once we installed this guy, the problem cleared up right away. This is a great products for small bathrooms!
