    Ok job - M. Dvorak, May 04, 2008

It does an ok job - i have a small office space and wanted something to keep it warm in the winter months. I am not certain that the thermostat really works as it seems to kick on for a few minutes but shuts off after only a few minutes of on ... certainly not even close to getting the room to the desired temperature.

Basically, a blow dryer in the shape of a fan - A. Cantor, May 03, 2008

Definitely creates hot air and warms a room, but it makes the air extremely dry. If you decide to buy this item, I'd buy a humidifier too.

Great Heater For Your Money!!! - Windy City Reader, Apr 22, 2008

After much research I decided to buy this little space heater for my cube at work. I have to say on the low setting this thing really puts off some heat! The noise isn't too loud, so I am still able to talk on conference calls etc. In fact the noise sounds more like background noise which gives my cube neighbors and myself a little more privacy with our paper thin cube walls. I like how the heater doesn't move back and forth on it's own. You can decide how to angle it and it just sits there and heats. Also, you can set the temperature you want it to kick on at using a series of buttons on the top. It's a great buy for your money.

There was only 1 thing that I wasn't too happy with and it has nothing to do with the heater, so I'm not going to take a star away for it. The shipper, shipped the heater in it's own orignal box. When it got here, there was a huge gash in the box probably because the box cardboard was so thin and I was concerned that my heater would be broken before I got it. Whoever decides on the packaging for shipping, should really look into putting the heater with it's original box, into a crush proof box for actual shipping to ensure the heaters safe arrival.

    For under $20, excellent - L. A. Vick, Apr 15, 2008

For under $20, this little heater is hard to beat. Set on high, it quickly warms our kitchen, dining room, and living room from 68F to around 75F in about an hour. This whole space is a little over 800sq. ft., and this is very impressive for such an inexpensive and little heater. Once it reaches that temperature, we then turn it on to low to maintain the current room temperature. Everything on this heater works great, except for the thermostat. However, this is no big deal to me since I wanted a reliable and compact heater to warm up the living room area on the coldest of nights.
