We found this product to be very high quality and very competitively priced. Like products sell at jewelry stores for $400.00 to $500.00!

This experience was enough to prompt me to never purchase another thing from Amazon. First, I did not place the order. Your system which I discovered after all this began caused the problem. I had looked at the item in a previous visit. Amazon placed in a saved bucket. The next time I placed an order for a book. You entered my order for the watch winder and some cosmetics that I had also looked at during a previous visit. Upon receiving your confirmati0n emails that I had purchased three items instead of one(the book, I immediately contacted Amazon to cancel the two items I did not order. You canceled the cosmetics but the watch winder company refused to cancel the order although it did not ship for over 24 hours after I placed the cancellation. I have a stack of email exchanges over 3/8 of an inch thick on this problem. Plus I am out $12.35 which the company would be not credit.

Excellent value for the price. beautiful high gloss finish, well made, sturdy, and pretty quiet operation too. I searched all over the internet and this was the best unit by far for under 100.00, most dual winders were 200.00 +.
