A laminating film is a translucent material made of a thin layer of plastic used for sandwiching documents or cards to seal and preserve their condition (lamination). It is sealed using heat or pressure. It is used with either hot or cold lamination depending on the type of document to be laminated. It is available in different widths and thickness.
