It cleans faster and more efficiently than a standard broom especially in large surface areas such as parks and auditoriums. It takes out most of the labor or manual work in cleaning.
It is used on hardwood floors, bare floor cleaning, and indoor cleaning jobs.
However, it has a weak suction power.
It cannot be used for cleaning carpets or as a replacement for a vacuum cleaner.

A power broom tractor is designed for outdoor use to remove leaves, snow, dirt, light gravel, and thatch in sidewalks, parking lots, and other large areas.
It is driven just like a tractor, but it is lighter and smaller.
It has controls for adjusting the direction of the broom rotation.
It uses detachable heavy-duty nylon bristles that can be changed in a few minutes.
