Toilet paper dispensers release toilet paper from a roll holder. They usually contain a rod that holds the roll from the hollow core. They are usually mounted on bathroom walls for easy access. Standard dispensers hold only one roll, while others hold two or more. Multi-roll holders are more commonly used in public toilets.
Kinds of Toliet Paper Dispensers include the following:
Manual toilet paper dispensers
Manual toilet paper dispensers consist of a simple rod and hood. The user has to pull the paper out and tear them off manually or using a sharp edge on the holder.
Automatic toilet paper dispensers
Automatic paper dispensers have a button that releases the toilet paper when pressed. Some models are pressure-powered – they dispense more toilet paper the harder the button is pressed.
Installation. Choose a toilet paper that mounts firmly onto your bathroom wall. If you want to preserve the tilework, look for one that attaches with suction cups. For a more stable and permanent installation, get a bolt-on model that you can screw or nail onto the wall.
Tearing edge. Choose a toilet paper with a sharp edge for tearing off toilet paper from the roll. Make sure the edge is sharp but facing inward to keep from injuring the user.
