Comfort bikes are designed for recreation and leisure. Like mountain bikes, they usually feature seat posts, suspension forks, and larger and plusher saddles. A comfort bike has a shorter frame and elevated handlebars (higher than those found in mountain bikes). This design puts the rider in a more comfortable and relaxed position.
High-tensile Steel Comfort Bikes are entry-level bikes. They are the most affordable comfort bikes in the market. However, they are very heavy and are prone to rusting if not cared for properly.
Chromoly steel comfort bikes
Chromoly steel comfort bikes are made of lightweight steel alloy. They ride like High-tensile Steel Comfort Bikes, but are lighter. They are more expensive and are still prone to rusting if not cared for properly.
Composite Comfort Bikes are made of carbon fiber or carbon-aluminum composites. They are the lightest and strongest comfort bikes available. They are rust- and corrosion-resistant, making them the most expensive comfort bikes.
