This fireline is great for bead working using tubular beads. You can knot at the needle and size #15 beads will pass through!

I recommend this product for all bead projects.

Because of the diameter, minimum stretch and great strength the 6lb Berkley Fireline is outstanding for all kinds of beadwork. The Berkley Fireline is the only line that I have found that offers the above combination.

I have purchased this fishing string for bead weaving purposes. Berkeley manufactures this string with a different label for bead weaving purposes. After contacting the company I found that it was in fact the same as the fishing string. This string is excellent for bead weaving with size 15 or 11 seed beads, especially if you have to weave through a bead several times. The string is very strong and long lasting.

I learned about Fireline through other beading friends and have been using it almost exclusively. It is very strong and smooth, which means it won't rough up the edges of more delicate beads or stones. It also can't be cut by rough edge materials.
