About Coleman The Coleman Company has been creating and innovating products for recreational outdoor use since W.C. Coleman started selling gasoline-powered lanterns in 1900. Inventor of the hugely popular fold-up camp stove, Coleman developed a plastic liner for his galvanized steel coolers in 1957--the birth of the modern cooler--and the company has been improving their utility and design ever since. We have only used this bed one time, but it performed beautifully, was comfortable, easy to inflate (with a pump)and easy to deflate. We would buy this product again.
Rating : worked perfect for my kids! - jen, Apr 12, 2008
I have a two and three year old and we are always trying to figure out sleeping arrangements when traveling. I purchased this and used it for an extended trip to see friends and family. It worked perfectly! I bought light weight sleeping bags and they slept great on the beds. I love that I have so many options with it and can use it for family visiting us in the future. I looked at tons of blow up beds for toddlers and this was so much cheaper. Other than missing a character design like Dora or Thomas, this was certainly a great deal for me!
Rating : Versatile, durable, comfortable - James R. Holtan, Apr 01, 2008
The 4-in-1 Quickbed had served us well in the home and out camping.
Now, let's start it out by saying they're not for backpackers. However, if you go by car to the campsite, like us, these are an excellent balance between comfort and portability.
Product has proven durable. With the Coleman rechargable quick pump, they're quickly inflated and deflated, making ease of use very high.
Having them at home provides for easy set up for that occasional drop-in guest (or two).
Rating : OK not great - Rachael P., Mar 28, 2008
I bought this b/c we have a small apartment and need a bed for guests. My father slept on this and one of the nights I saw him on our couch instead. So I guess that is a sign it wasn't the most comfortable! He didn't complain saying it was horrible so it was "ok" for a few nights but not ideal. I like the idea of it being a twin or a queen so I think that's a plus and it seems sturdy & not leaky, so it really seems to be a comfort issue.
