The Crescent Moon Gold 15 snowshoe is one of the most exciting snowshoes to come on to the market in recent years. Intended for backcountry snowshoeing, the Gold 15 features a tear-shaped design, ergonomic harness with ratch heel bindings, and a hypalon deck deck. It is easy to see why these snowshoes have won all the recent design and performance awards. The new Gold binding features polycarbonate cam-locking buckles over the foot for easy adjustments, and a mitten friendly forward- ratcheting heel buckle that automatically springs backwards (toward the heel) into locked position once you have finished tightening. The 'foot-glove' binding holds your foot in all directions with no pressure points and accommodates any size foot.We have reduced the weight of the footplate and redesigned it to provide greater flex and toe control.
