This pan is a must have for all cooks. It can be used for all cooking needs.We do from bacon and eggs to stir fry. Does not stick, I repeat does not stick. Love this pan.

This is a very large and impressively deep pan. It heats very evenly due to it's thick bottom. With their washing suggestion (soaking it with boiling water until you wash it) it washes easily and still looks brand new. A similiarly sized pan with thicker sides would run you in the $300.00 dollar range so I am happy this pan was available. As always dealing with Amazon was quick and painless.

Own over twenty pieces of Cuisinart Chef's Classic cookware.
This skillet is the widest and roomy. Easy to clean and dishwasher
safe. Also purchased the 14" wok with the glass lid. Happy with all purchases.

I needed a nice roasting pan that would incorporate a 6 lb New York Strip roast for dinner party. The roast seared perfectly on high heat on the stove top and then went in the oven @ 450 for 15 minutes then 350 for another 25 or so. Turned out perfect. Especially considering the price I would highly recommend this pan for oven roasting any high grade cut of beef roast, pork loin, or a nice rack of lamb (my next "project"). Nice and heavy, looks gorgeous and cleans up well, although it barely fits in my sink... I guess that would be the only draw back in that it is huge.
