I found it difficult to turn the crank because the shape of the flashlight made it difficult to hold. Arrowglobal's return policy is only items that are defective. You can't return it just because you don't like it. I've been ordering from catalogs for years and have always been able to return something if I didn't like it. I'll never order from this company again.

Superb product. Very well made. Very bright light available after less than 30 seconds' cranking. The ergonomics are well thought out; deploying and turning the crank are very easy even for those with limited range of hand motion and/or arthritic hands. I have always considered battery-powered flashlights to be storage containers for dead batteries, and this product solves the dead-battery problem with an environmentally solution.
