I bought this mat about 7 weeks ago. The mat is OK, not great. It works fairly well on a hard wood or tile floor because it is so soft and spongy but I prefer a firmer base to exercise on. If I had known how spongy it was, I would not have purchased it.

I thought this matt a little pricy but it is a good quality matt and is really comfortable and ample. It also has the nice carrying handles and folds neatly and easily as shown into approximately a 24" X 24" X 6" size square for carrying.

I returned this item because there was a big gap between two of the pads when it was laid out flat. I have another mat of a different manufacturer which does not have this problem.

This mat is too squishy for Pilates.
