Rating : too soft for us - Lux Veritas, Jun 10, 2008
At full inflation this bed was just too soft for us. We like a moderate degree of firmness and did not find it here. If you like a real soft bed this might do.
Rating : very comfortable - M. Olivieri, May 24, 2008
I bought the air bed for my parents. They came to my place to spend 60 days. They loved the bed. Sure is smaller than the real queen size, but fits two adults no problem. Takes few seconds to inflate and is quite silence. Incredible after five days still firm. The best mattress I ever had.
Rating : Comfort is OK, Deflation is Hell. - Erica, Jul 12, 2007
My family purchased this air mattress and was pleased with the level of comfort. The trouble came when it was time to deflate the bed. This bed comes with a reversible pump, but this only works to a certain level of deflation. After this, you must open two valves. Unfortunately, and in contrast to an AeroBed, the valves are small and require the insertion of a finger to allow air to escape. So basically, you are rolling around the floor with two of your fingers stuck in these valves. The whole process was time-consuming to the point where the guest who was sleeping on the mattress, when she decided to stay an extra night, chose to sleep on the floor rather than wrestle with the deflation a second time. I thought she was kinda crazy to do this, but she was insistent that the deflation had drained everything from her. For this reason, I would not purchase this bed. Even with two of us working on it, we weren't able to deflate the bed enough for it to fit into the bag which was provided for its storage.
Rating : so far...not happy with this - T. Spigelmire, May 24, 2007
I ordered the queen size raised bed and just received it today. We had it shipped to our vacation destination and are really disappointed to find that it's not even close to a queen size! The dimensions on the box state 60x80 but it's actually 53x73...not a little smaller..a LOT smaller. It's really a full size bed, not a queen at all! I called the company's customer service number at 4pm their time and had to leave a voicemail..we'll see what the response is.
Rating : Very Disappointed - C. Taylor, Apr 08, 2007
I purchased this air mattress maybe 4 months ago. I've had nothing but trouble with it. The first two weeks were pretty good. The memory foam topper is great and the bed is overall very comfortable. Not long though until it sprang a leak. That's expected though. It was almost impossible to find so I spent about a month on the couch. I finally found it and it turned out to be from a cat claw. So I let that one slide because it was my fault.
After that another maybe 2 weeks of good nights without losing air. It starts again. I had better luck finding the hole this time. I heard the air coming out after pumping it up. It was coming from the top under the cover and memory foam. It turns out that there was a small little slit in one of the flocked indentions on top. I patched this and went on. But every other night it sprouted a new hole in a different indention on top. I patched 4 or 5 holes like this until it finally went all together. The built in air pump started leaking and that can't be fixed. It blows air out of it when turned off and when it has a little pressure on the bed.
This is the worst by I've ever made. And considering I seem to be the only one having trouble I'm not sure what happened. Maybe I got the bad one out of the bunch. Who knows. But I will not be buying anything from this brand again.
