I actually used this fishline to tie plants onto driftwoods in my aquarium. It's been great. it's strong, won't dissolve or break, and relatively invisible underwater. sure there is a slight green tint to it, but it does not reflect anything so it's not disturbing to the eye at all.
I don't have any experience using this for actual fishing, but I would believe that this is a good, tough fishline and would be invisible in greener/merkier water.
