I'm a newbie runner and have been searching for a convenient way to stay hydrated (carrying a water bottle in my hand was cumbersome for me); this belt does the trick.
It took some getting used to but after a few runs, it became less of a burden and more of a companion. Some key points to highlight:
-The belt stays secured and tightens/loosens with one pull of the strap.
-The zippered pouch easily stores a cell phone (most late-model PDA's or Blackberrys will fit), keys, money, and even has an expandable exterior pouch.
I have yet to use the bungee cords on each side but with winter coming, these will come in handy for gloves, a hat, etc.
Great product, reasonable price. Probably best suited for shorter-distance runners.

This is a great fuel belt. I enjoy having it with me on my runs. The zippered pocket is bigger than it looks online because it expands.
