The griddle isn’t limited to breakfast either--it grills up plenty of hot dogs, hamburgers, or grilled cheeses for a kid’s birthday party or serves as a warmer for adult buffet-style entertaining. The heat control ranges from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (in 50-degree increments) and automatically maintains the proper heat setting so foods cook at the same rate as they would on the stove but in a more energy-efficient manner than a range or oven. The griddle’s surface is made of heavy cast-iron aluminum, which heats evenly and is resistant to warping. The nonstick surface ensures that food lifts off the griddle effortlessly and that cleanup is easy. works great for bacon, needs a prop for pancakes - Melissa M. Meyer, May 02, 2008

I love the way it catches all the grease for the bacon. Because of the tilt though, I have to prop up the back side of the griddle to make it even for pancakes. So...there could be a little improvement of having a little kick stand or something to prop up the sides but it serves its purpose.

This is a wonderful product. It is very large and ample and heats very uniformly. We use it to prepare an entire meal and it now sits on my glass stove top as we use it more than the stove itself!

I bought this for my Mom and she loves it. It has even heating and is easy to clean. She has made pancakes and french toast on a weekly basis since I gave her this gift. A great buy for a super price. You can't beat it!

I use this product to cook breakfast about twice weekly. It has made breakfast a much simpler affair. I cook all the breakfast components on it and it leaves me with just one piece to clean up instead of multiple pots and pans. It heats up fast so it allows me to get everyone fed a little faster. So, between quicker cooking and quicker cleanup, everyone is fed and I am out of the kitchen faster.

This is a really good griddle for anyone looking to expand their cooking area. It is quick and easy cleanup afterwards. Great griddle for the price. After looking at several others and reading other reviews, I am pleased and glad that I chose this one.
