Product Description

The Cook's Utility is a smaller version of the popular Cook's Knife. The Cook's Utility gives you more control over your cutting tasks. Its handle provides more leverage and its blade allows a rocking motion for dicing or mincing. Blade 4 3/4", overall 8 1/2". Rada cutlery is made of surgical quality, high carbon stainless steel. Hollow-ground blades ensure a precision concave surface for maximum edge retention and sharpness. The solid cast brushed aluminum handles create a 'feel good in your hand' balance for superior comfort. Hand wash and dry immediately after use to prevent discoloration of the aluminum handle. This is the best chopping knife I have EVER owned. It cuts ANYTHING, veggies, tomatoes, bones in meat, you name it! Very light weight, easy to clean and very sharp. Don't know how I got along without this Rada chopping knife. You gottta' get one. For the money, it is absolutely incredible. I am going to buy a couple more Rada knives.

I have several pieces of Rada cutlery, they are the best knives I have ever had. I very rarely have to sharpen them, and when I say rarely I mean at intervals of about every 3-4 years. They are very durable and last forever. Buy these knives!

Found this knife by word-of-mouth. It is my favorite knife!! Sharp as can be and easily resharpened when it looses its edge with the available sharpener.
