Rating : Great sand anchor! - EAM, Dec 03, 2009
I bought these before we went to the beach this summer and everyone thought I was nuts. As it turned out they were all jealous as soon as their umbrellas kept getting pulled out of the sand and mine didn't even budge.
Rating : Works Great! - C. M. Deosdade, Nov 03, 2009
I bought this to use with an umbrella also purchased at Amazon. The anchor was great...the umbrella not so good. I recommend this anchor...and that's all!!
Rating : Don't waste your money - KatyPix, Oct 23, 2009
We used this one time. We did dig way down in the sand. It held for about 1.5 hours and then the umbrella was lifted out by the wind.
There usually is a bit of a breeze on the beach, in Miami, so I would not recommend this product AT ALL for anyone going to the beach on a day
where there is any amount of a decent breeze. You're better off hammering in your umbrella pole and saving yourself the money.
Rating : does not do it's job - Allison A. Halsted, Oct 22, 2009
This could not sustain much of a breeze at all. We were pretty disappointed with it.

I have'nt had the opportunity to use it yet, but my son had one over the summer at the beach & it worked great. That's why I bought one.Rio Sports Sand Anchor
