ball seems to be working pretty well. the pump was REAL cheap; broke during the pumping up, but i was able to just tape it up and it worked fine. all in all, you're lucky to get it for $13 or whatever as it is.

Warning: TKO anti burst fitness ball sent without plug - BNK, Nov 02, 2009
The blue 65mm TKO fitness ball that I ordered arrived without the white plastic plug required to keep the air in the ball. The ball is useless without it. Amazon kindly offered to send me a new ball, and that arrived with TWO pugs. TKO clearly has some quality control issues, when it comes to packaging their goods. Once blown up, the ball is great, though.

this fitness ball serves it's purpose well.You can use it as a chair, as a exercise ball, or just to do crunches/sit-ups.

Speedy shipping. Am using the ball daily and seems to be a sturdy, quality product. I've had no problems. Enjoy the excercise card that came with, too. Would buy from this merchant again.
