Good cap, works great with the umpires mask and it doesn't get in the way. Easy fit with the velcro strap in the back to tight'n and fairly decent ventilation. I had my league umpires decal embroidered later and it looks even better now. Good product and for the price, you can't beat it. As the Head umpire for my league i'm gonna recommend these for all our umpires next season.
