I bought this rebounder for the purpose it was inteded. I use it daily for about 1/2 hour and I have lost the few lbs. I have not been able to do. You do not need to use it for hours a day a little goes a long way.
I enjoy this very sturdy item, it is fun and my dog even loves to sit on my lap when I do the seated exercises.

About the smell, you would smell to if you were stuck in a box for a few months waiting to be bought and let out. That is no reson to give a one * rating, take it ouside and air it out. Mine did not smell.

It is not their fault that you were silly enough to put black rubber on your white carpet, that is just dumb.

About you hurting your neck, what does that have to do with the item? I have had two neck surgeries and I have no problem but if you do it is not their fault but your body. If it is too jarring you are doing it wrong.

If the DVD doesn't work it has nothing to do with the item, the review is for the item, you just tore down the item. If the DVD doesn't work then say so but rate the item on it's own merits.

No where does it say it comes with a carrying case? That is an accessory.

If you overdue it and exercise too much you will hurt, but that has nothing to so with the product but your own overuse. It tells you to go slowly.

Women please use a good bra when using this, if you are large busted like I am you didn't just get that way you always knew if you jump it will hurt, so don't give poor reviews for something that is not the fault of the product.

I did not mean to offend anyone here. I am just upset that people review items for the wrong reason. It should be if the product works or not, not that it smells or your back hurts or little Johnny is jumping on it all day.

I am sorry that they will not send it overseas and I applaud your family memebers for serving our country, God bless them, but sending things overseas often gets lost and then the company would have to deal with that.
I do not send things overseas for that reason, it is just their policy. A negative for the product was not fair.

If used properly and sensibly not to hurt yourself this porduct is safe and healthy.
Remember also that this company makes thousands and some are bound to arrive broken that comes with the territory. If you so not like the company or the service there is a place to complain about that in another section and you should do it, I read those reviews also.

Actually, this is probably pretty early in the game to be reviewing since I've only used it twice, but...am very satisfied w/quality so far. Was very nervous since there seems to be some crummy cheap trampolines out there, and I didn't want to buy a fancy expensive one. This one is sturdy and perfect for my needs. Am doing rehab on an ACL reconstruction, and this was a piece of equipement I enjoyed and could actually afford to own! For some reason the workout CD does not work w/my dvd player- "cannot read this disc" I will write another review if the trampoline breaks or fails me within the year!

I bought this trampoline this morning at Sports Authority. I have had a Bodyflex mini trampoline for 3 years, but it always felt uncomfortable when jumping (I would only last for 2 minutes before giving up), so I let the kids have it. I decided to try the Urban Rebounder because it is advertised as having larger and stronger springs. I felt the difference immediately. Jumping on this trampoline makes me feel light and springy. It is fun and sturdy to boot (I weigh over 200 pounds-but not for long). I worked up quite a sweat on the First Timers 15 minute work out, which felt really good.I definitely felt the burn in my calves and thighs, and effectively hit my target heart rate.I look forward to doing the full-length workouts starting tomorrow.

I have read some reviews of users complaining about breast discomfort due to bouncing. It is no fault of the product. Simple jogging or jumping jacks would render the same caomplaint. As with any exercise that involves plyometrics (jumping) or rigorous movement, a good support bra is in order--or you may have to wear 2 bras or a snug lycra tank over a bra for compression and added support. I am a 42DD, so I know the importance of good support. ;-)

The product comes assembled (except for the balance bar, which snaps together in a minute or two) and is easy to set up (especially when one follows the instructions). I plan to use it regularly, so I just folded the legs down and leaned it against the wall next to my treadmill. It would also easily slide under a bed.

I am quite satisfied with my purchase, thus far.

I ordered this because the rebounder I had is too big for the room, so much so that I never use it. I found this one, and since it folds I thought I would like it better. Well, its legs fold up which was enough for me to store it in a closet when not in use, so I don't even bother to fold the rebounder down. Besides it recommends two people to fold it safely.
The mat and springs were much better quality than the other one I own, and the bounce experience is much better and more professional, higher tension and more rebound than on my old one. For the price, this is a great product!

This is terrible! my dvd is damaged or defective. I opened it with clean hands put it perfectly into the dvd player, and 90% of the videos do not work. Please send me a new dvd and i will change this into a good review!
