Bought this as a birth ball - found out after I bought it that not only can you use it during labor, but it also is quite a comfy seat for the last few weeks of pregnancy. Bought the medium size at the advice of other reviews I read, even though I am only 5'2". That was good advice - definitely buy a size bigger than you think - you can always under-inflate it a little too.

This ball looks good, seems durable and was a great price, especially with the pump included. Purchased it as a desk chair and I'm very pleased. Would definitely recommend.

The pump included with this ball is in no way capable of inflating the ball to it's proper proportions.

There is nothing wrong with the overall structure of the product, just that the ball itself when fully inflated to its 65cm diameter is still too small for my five foot five inch frame to appropriately use for any one of the following purposes; physical therapy, yoga, and pilates.
I would say if you are at most five feet tall this ball would probably work well for you. I have since received my new 75cm ball which works perfectly for all the aforementioned exercises.
The inflation process is time consuming (a good 10 minutes) and the pump for the 65cm (a hand pump) did not take in / release much air per pump, so if you are the proprietor of an electric pump with applicable attachments I would highly recommend you save your self the effort.
The other issue I take with this product is that it is manufactured in China and for a person living in the states, there is nothing worse that we can do for our economy and our environment than purchase something TWO THOUSAND MILES away...they make better quality balls in Italy (which is much closer, depending on where you reside and has higher standards of manufacturing for their citizens)...so check out the 'Gymnastik' series of balls for the same price!

pretty much the same as the other ratings. I use it at home when I'm at my computer. It helps me with my posture and occasional muscle stimulations, rather than just on a chair. The rubber smell will take days to go away.
